Parking: Benefit from a free parking garage accommodating 2 cars, making your stay both comfortable and stress-free.

Transportation: Options include self-drive, Uber, plentiful taxis and a well serviced Bus route into and out of Town. The property is a 20 minute walk in to town, or 5 minute drive / Uber. The nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the property and the green line runs every 15 minutes. The bus costs roughly $2 and takes 5 minutes to get to town.
As with most of Queenstown, the journey back to the property from town is probably best off in a bus, car or an Uber as the hill is quite steep. However, once up there the views over town, lake and mountains are spectacular! It’s a good way to walk off those Ferg bakery items!

GUEST ACCESS

Access to the property is via the front door pin code lock. The code will be provided on the day of check in. You can then pass the code to whoever else needs access.

The pincode will expire after check-out time.

There is a garage remote in the apartment to gain access to the double garage.

PLEASE NOTE

This is NOT a Party House. The quiet time of 10 pm to 7 am will be enforced and if not adhered to you will risk eviction without recompense

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties / Events are not allowed. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If we receive a noise complaint from the neighbours and we have to do an after hours call out all guests will be evicted forfeiting the funds paid for the rest of your stay.

Pets are not allowed.

All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay prior to arrival.

Please inform Lions Heart Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% Refund for cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival.

50% Refund for cancellations made 7+ days prior to arrival. 

Cancellations due to COVID related travel restrictions are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival.

 

Should travel restrictions be imposed within 7 days of arrival we will provide a credit for the full amount which can be used in a future visit.
